Job Description:

Gather business and functional requirements
Evaluate and propose technical solutions and options that meet customer needs
Create technical designs for software development Applications development using Oracle Application Express Document and perform unit test of own code
Ability to perform well within a team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to perform independently in a fast paced, changing environment
2+ years experience with Oracle Application Express Required
