 Abstract
These policies and procedures establish the guidelines for implementing the County’s 1995 restoration of the public art program as per Chapter 8 of the Montgomery County Code, Article VI. Works of Art in Public Architecture, Sections 8-43 to 8-45 and Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance.This document was adopted by the Planning Board on December 13, 2012 as the Public Arts Trust Policies and Procedures but is now being officially referred to as Montgomery County Public Art Guidelines.
