1. Letters sent by Plaintiff to Defendant attempting to resolve issues before litigation. 2. Information from Plaintiff’s credit report showing the Defendant obtained Plaintiff’s TransUnion credit report on two occasions in May 2008. 3. Email correspondence between counsel for NCO and the Plaintiff regarding settlement discussions of the claims before litigation was commenced.
Plaintiff seeks $2000.00 in statutory damages for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act plus costs of this action.
