its nothing but the HRM dept exist to assist to serve the rest of the depts. in an org which in turn will assist the org in attaining its primary/common objective.
The HR depts level of service must be tailored to fitthe org it serves. Resources are wasted when HRM is either more or lesssophisticated to suite org’s demand. It has to serve the function for which ithas been formed.
Personal objectives –
to assist the employee in achieving their personalgoals at least in so far as these goals enhance the individual ‘s contributionto the org.
