Order in Civil Action No. H-07-0471. This case is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Alter or Amend Judgment Under Rule 59(e) (“Motion”) [Doc. # 98]. Plaintiffs allege “manifest error of law, fact, and newly discovered evidence.” Finding no merit in Plaintiff’s arguments, it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion [Doc. # 98] is DENIED. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff may not file any additional motions in this case unless and until they have paid in full the attorneys’ fees and costs imposed by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
