The prophet *saiah tells us what the righteous will say in chapter %8 verse /'
(And it shall be said in that day# :o# this is our 1od, we have waited for him# and he will save us' this is the :< =, we have waited for him# we will be glad and re>oice in his salvation.3 4*sa %8'/ A67

The Apostle ?aul tells us about the resurrection of the righteous dead in his first letter to the @orinthians chapter !8 and verses 8! to 88'
(8! ) Behold# * shew you a mystery, Ae shall not all sleep# but we shall all be changed# 8% *n a moment# in the twin.ling of an eye# at the last trump' for the trumpet shall sound# and the dead shall be raised incorruptible# and we shall be changed. 8B 9or this corruptible must put on incorruption# and this mortal must put on immortality. 8& So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption# and this mortal shall have put on immortality# then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written# =eath is swallowed up in victory. 88 < death# where is thy sting; < grave# where is thy victory;3 4!@o !8'8!588 A67

Jesus tells us how the angels will gather the righteous together in Catthew %& verses B0 and B!'
(B0 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven' and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn# and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. B! And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet# and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds# from one end of heaven to the other.3 4Ct %&'B05B! A67

The Apostle ?aul tells us in his first letter to the Thessalonians chapter & verses !8 to !$ more about the resurrection of the righteous'
(!8 Ae which are alive and remain unto the coming of the :ord shall not prevent them which are asleep. !" 9or the :ord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout# with the voice of the archangel# and with the trump of 1od' and the dead in @hrist shall rise first' !$ Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds# to meet the :ord in the air' and so shall we ever be with the :ord.3 4!Th &'!85!$ A67

Jesus tells us in Catthew %8 verse B& how He will welcome the righteous into heaven'

The Apostle John tells us more about the righteous in evelation !8 verses % to & and chapter $ verses / to !$'
(% And * saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire' and them that had gotten the victory ... stand on the sea of glass# having the harps of 1od. *n chapter %% verses !& to !$ John tells us who are welcomed into heaven'
