Contractor shall be responsible for labor, material and equipment for all new doors,frames, hardware, specialties and associated carpentry including but not limited toaccordion fire doors, flush wood doors, door hardware, visual display boards, displaycase units, toilet partitions, unit showers, louvers, signage, lockers, fire extinguishers andcabinets, back-of-house metal storage shelving, toilet and bath accessories, projectionscreens, kitchen casework and floor mats at the existing building and the new addition asindicated in bid documents (100% Final Construction Drawings and Specifications datedJuly 9, 2009). Available on CD. Furnish and install new accordion fire doors (Won-Door).2.
 
Furnish and install new flush wood doors, with new frame and newfinish hardware as specified.3.
 
This contractor is responsible for the keying of all doors. This is to becoordinated with Owner and factory per Specification Section 08710.4.
 
Furnish and install any and all required in-wall blocking or othercarpentry required to provide a quality installation of doors, frames orspecialties5.
 
Furnish and install visual display boards6.
 
Furnish and install toilet partitions and urinal screens7.
 
Furnish and install sound absorbing panel at HVAC enclosure.8.
 
Furnish and install wood pergola at HVAC enclosure, work includesposts and uplift base assembly9.
 
Furnish and coordinate with mechanical contractor installation of required louvers and vents. Furnish and install copper louver vents atreplicated cupola.10.
 
Furnish and install bi-fold closet doors11.
 
Furnish and install metal locker units12.
 
Furnish and install fire extinguishers and fire extinguisher cabinets.13.
 
Furnish and install toilet accessories mounted to toilet partitions,permanent partitions or countertops as indicated.14.
 
Caulking and sealing of backsplashes and counter tops.15.
 
Hoisting as required for this work.16.
 
Provide any Independent Testing & Inspection Services required for thisWork, including materials testing and inspections;17.
 
During the period of this work, contractor agrees that all employeesmust be experienced in performing the work.18.
 
Contractor shall coordinate this work with other work in progress.19.
 
The Contractor shall ensure that no elements determined to be unstableare left unsupported. Any and all required structural bracing forstructural systems to remain shall be included in this scope of work.20.
 
Contractor shall remove and transport debris resulting from erectionoperations and materials to site disposal area. Recyclable materials shallbe separated and stored or stockpiled without intermixing with othersurplus materials before transporting to recycling facilities in accordancewith a recycling program consistent with the Project LEED CertificationProgram.
