Contractor shall be responsible for labor, material and equipment for all furniture,fixtures and equipment including but not limited to library equipment and stack systems,and residential appliances, and furniture at the existing building and the new addition asindicated in bid documents (100% Final Construction Drawings and Specifications datedJuly 9, 2009). Available on CD. Work includes but is not limited to the followingspecification sectionsDivision 1 – General RequirementsDivision 11 – Equipment11054 Library Stack Systems11130 Audio Visual Equipment11451 Residential Appliances11510 Library Equipment11511 Library Book and Media DespositoryDivision 12 – Furnishings12560 Library Furniture and Equipment1.
Furnish furniture as scheduled and place according to provided furniturelayouts.2.
Furnish and install non-millwork library equipment and stack systems asscheduled.3.
Furnish and install residential appliances for pantries and meeting roomsas indicated.4.
Hoisting as required for this work.5.
Provide any Independent Testing & Inspection Services required for thisWork, including materials testing and inspections;6.
During the period of this work, contractor agrees that all employeesmust be experienced in performing the work.7.
Contractor shall coordinate this work with other work in progress.8.
The Contractor shall ensure that no elements determined to be unstableare left unsupported. Any and all required structural bracing forstructural systems to remain shall be included in this scope of work.9.
Contractor shall remove and transport debris resulting from erectionoperations and materials to site disposal area. Recyclable materials shall
