Contractor shall be responsible for labor, material and equipment for ceramic tile, cork,resilient tile and carpet work at the existing building and the new addition as indicated inbid documents (100% Final Construction Drawings and Specifications dated July 9,2009). Available on CD. Work includes but is not limited to the following specificationsectionsDivision 1 – General RequirementsDivision 3 – Concrete03541 Gypsum UnderlaymentDivision 9 – Finishes09310 Ceramic Tile09629 Cork Flooring09651 Resilient Floor Tile09653 Resilient Wall Base and Accessories09654 Linoleum Floor Covering & Desk Tops09680 Carpet1.
Furnish and install the gypsum underlayment as indicated or as required.2.
Furnish and install the finish flooring and resilient base as indicated onthe drawings with all required patching, prep work and adhesives.3.
Furnish and install ceramic tile floor, base and walls.4.
Furnish and install cork flooring and carpeting.5.
Furnish and install hardwood flooring.6.
Furnish and install the flooring in the elevator.7.
This Contractor to furnish all adhesives, and fasteners as required toperform this work.8.
Floor prep as required.9.
Hoisting as required for this work.10.
Provide any Independent Testing & Inspection Services required for thisWork, including materials testing and inspections;11.
During the period of this work, contractor agrees that all employeesmust be experienced in performing the work.12.
Contractor shall coordinate this work with other work in progress.
