DC.

Contractor shall be responsible for labor, material and equipment for painting andwallcovering work at the existing building and the new addition as indicated in biddocuments (100% Final Construction Drawings and Specifications dated July 9, 2009).Available on CD. Work includes but is not limited to the following specification sectionsDivision 1 – General RequirementsDivision 7 – Thermal and Moisture Protection07920 Joint SealantsDivision 9 – Finishes09911 Exterior Painting09912 Interior Painting09931 Wood Stains and Transparent Finishes09991 Encapsulation Coating System1.
Furnish and install the interior caulking and sealants between dissimilarmaterials as indicated.2.
Furnish and install the caulking between door frames, trim and casingsand drywall or masonry.3.
Furnish and install the interior caulking between aluminum windowframes and masonry or drywall.4.
Exterior painting includes put is not limited to railings, flagpole and pipebollards.5.
Furnish and install all required primers and fillers as indicated.6.
Painting and staining of the doors and frames as indicated.7.
Minor prep work and patching as required.8.
Painting and staining of the drywall, masonry, doors, trim,miscellaneous metals and miscellaneous items with the required coats asindicated.9.
Protection for new and existing surfaces.10.
Sufficient temporary lighting for your work.11.
Hoisting as required for this work.12.
Provide any Independent Testing & Inspection Services required for thisWork, including materials testing and inspections;
