The heroic journey shows us what to expect on journeys o\ue003
change, what to do about it and how to do it together. It calls \ue003or
our best and provides guidance about how to \ue000nd it. It is always
relevant \u2013 the art is in the adaptation to the speci\ue000c setting.
The website is built around an online book Leading Heroic Jour-
neys: Drawing on the Wisdom o\ue003 Cultures Throughout Time.
The book \ue003ocuses on \ue003our critical leadership success \ue003actors that
are at the heart o\ue003 leading journeys o\ue003 change: Leadership com-
mitment, knowledge, strategic action and webs o\ue003 leaders and
