Published from January 2009 as a bi-monthly, full colour magazine, The Big Picture celebrates all that is special about film. Using minimal text, the magazine pushes imagery to the fore to create a visual narrative in which to revisit and rediscover film. The new magazine goes beyond the borders of the screen, revealing cinema's unique power to entertain, inspire and connect to each and every one of us. It features both film specific and film related content such as where and how we watch films, artists and photographers inspired by the medium and the ways that film spills over into our everyday lives.
