RETURN of INVESTMENT

As I watched the video entitled RETURN of INVESTMENT the woman on the video who has passion for teaching and eager to teach her students her knowledge amazed me a lot. For me she is a wonder woman doing heroic deeds. She loves her students and respecting them with dignity. When I heard her statements I remember what St. Marcellin Champagnat said that INORDER TO EDUCATE THE CHILDREN, WE MUST LOVE THEM. With that I have learned that teaching is a profession but it is equally a mission. I believe the statement more than 100%. As teaching need certain knowledge and skills but apart from these skills and knowledge it also required a loving heart. Loving for the students, for the cause and for the future. When a teacher develop a feeling that hes not only earning a salary from teaching but he is part of making nation, then his style, attitude everything changes towards teaching. And to be very honest teaching is just like a soldier in the battle field, without having emotions for the nation, and sacrifice one cant perform. The soldiers arms, skills and training is of no use if dont have such emotions for the country and nation. Such like is the case of teacher, only qualifications, knowledge and skills set is not enough. Without giving blood to the cause, teaching is not possible. Sensible nations give respect to their teachers. In our society teachers are regarded as father. I think it is more than just a job or profession. Long live for all the teachers and future teachers.
