ROBERT SMITH has been classified as a High Risk, Level 3 Sex Offender by the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board. He is currently wanted by the Massachusetts State Police for Narcotics Offenses and upon his capture faces an additional charge of Fail to Register as a Sex Offender. SMITH was convicted in Suffolk Superior Court of Indecent Assault & Battery for a 1988 incident in which he forced his way into a females bedroom and sexually assaulted her. In addition, SMITH was convicted on an Indecent Assault & Battery charge for a 2002 case where he sexually assaulted a second female. SMITH has an extensive arrest record in Florida & Massachusetts which includes convictions for violent crimes including Assault & Battery With a Dangerous Weapon (Cane and Knife), Larceny From a Person, Battery, and Threatening. SMITH has previously been charged on 2 occasions for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and continues to violate his obligations as a Level 3 Sex Offender. Suffolk Superior Court has issued Warrant #SUCR1110573 for SMITH for Distribution of Cocaine and Drug Violation near a School/Park with Nationwide Rendition.
