 Mom & Toddler Workout
Moms, enjoy a workout class that includes your  toddler! This efficient, child-friendly exercise format for both mom and toddler (ages 1-3) includes strength, cardio, and flexibility, incorporating yoga poses, step, free weights, calisthenics, partner work, stretching and children’s music/circle/together  time. Please bring a yoga mat. One child per parent.

 Absolute ABS!
This 30-minute core training workout incorpo-rates exercises geared to tone the trunk, including upper and lower abs, the oblique’s (the love handle area) and the lower back. This workout includes intervals of alternating abs and side and back exercises to balance the body and increase  torso strength. Great for stabilizing the middle of  the body, you’ll develop good posture and create a toned and trimmed waistline.

 Are you tired of “self-motivated” walking, jogging or treadmill routines? Want to lose weight and get a trim, hard body? Train like a professional (without getting hit) with World Kickboxing Champion Rodney “Bat” Batiste’s fighting fit  workouts! Bat has used these training workouts to get in shape and make weight goals for his fights for over 12 years. Not only will you lose weight and tone muscles, but also you’ll be empowered  with proven self defense basics (this is not a karate class). Workouts include calisthenics, rope  jumping, shadow boxing, road work, light and heavy bag work, basics in boxing, kick-boxing and more! (No contact sparring in this class.)

 Step Aerobics
Step has been a fitness favorite for 18 years for very good reasons. While it designed to strengthen knees it’s a fabulous cardiovascular  workout. Step uses many more muscles than any other type of cardio training, thus reducing  the risk of overuse injuries. Plus, the effort made  to learn the moves is actually wonderful for the brain. While this class is designed for people who are familiar with Step, anyone who is interested should sign up as you will become quite comfort-able with the moves within a few weeks.
