Materials: 1 ball of Madeline Tosh Bulky
Needle Size: US #11
Gauge: 3 stitches over 1 in st st
Directions
Step1:
For narrow version CO 14
For wide version CO 26
Row 1 (RS): knit
Row 2 (WS): purl
Row 3: k1, * slip next 3 stitches on cable needle and leave in front. Now k3, then k3 from
your cable needle, k6* repeat from *, end with k1
Row 4: purl
Row 5: knit
Row 6: purl
Row 7: k1, *k6, slip next 3 stitches on cable needle and leave at back. Now k3 then k3 from
your cable needle * repeat from *, end with k1
Row 8: purl
Repeat row 1 to row 8 until your piece measures 16 for small, 17 for medium or 18 for large.
Bind off and leave a 15 tail for seaming.
Step 2:
Use the mattress stitch for seaming. If you wish you can gather/ruche your piece at the seam.
Weave in ends and enjoy!
