"It's just potatoes" says Crystal Koch, owner of the Willows

Restaurant in East Texas. "Stuffing is made of dried bread
crumbs, and eggs soften the bread. The potatoes (in filling)
have natural moisture. That's the big difference."

For all the gourmets out there, it's also worth noting that
filling takes roughly four times longer to cook than stuffing.

As for the other questions, we'll leave it to our readers to find

the answers.

THE HOTTEST TICKETS IN TOWN Mass at Moravian College.

In a nutshell, if you haven't received tickets for

the Christmas Vespers at this reading, chances
are good that it's not going to happen.

Tickets for the annual Christmas celebration are

so in demand that they are limited to Moravian
students and their families, faculty, and selected
donors to the college. The church seats approxi-
mately 800, including the choir, so capacity is
reached fairly oruickly.

Michael Wilson, Director of Public Relations at

Moravian College says "We used to provide
tickets to the general public. But now, because
demand is so great, we have a waiting list."

A long shot opportunity for tickets? Be a

is an invited guest at each of the six masses.

Lights in the Parkway plugs in for its sixth season this winter on the
Little Lehigh Parkway in Allentown. A holiday light show which has
quickly become a favorite tradition among Lehigh Valley locals, Lights
in the Parkway almost didn't happen this year, due to questions of safe-
ty for the spectators.Thankfully, the safety issues were resolved and the
light show is primed and ready to go for another record-setting season.

In addition to the many creative and comical light displays, visitors

can also visit a gift barn and,Thursday through Sunday, pose for photos

with Santa. And, as if that weren't enough, the

first 4,000 cars to visit Lights in the Parkway get
a complimentary copy of Lehigh Valley Style.

January 1st, 5:30 to 10pm every night but Christmas
