Workover and Well Servicing
The Crown-built Flushby, 200, 350 and 550 models are light-
weight, durable and versatile rigs generally used for workover
and well servicing operations. Known for fast and easy rig
up and user friendly operation and maintenance, these self-
contained units have very few removable parts and require
little or no assembly at the job site, thus benefiting customers
with reduced down time and saved man hours.

Crown rigs are available in carrier, trailer or skid-mounted
configurations to accommodate any of our clients oilfield
service requirements.
n
All masts are built and monogrammed to API specifications
and are available in a variety of height and load capacities.
n
Rigs feature Crowns state-of-the-art drawworks;
self-supporting, modular units designed for flexibility,
ease of maintenance, performance and durability.

Drilling and Well Servicing
The 650, 750, 750DD, 900 and 1000 rigs are standard models
of the Crown line used for drilling and heavy-duty workover
or well servicing applications.
n
All masts are built to API specifications and are available
in a variety of height and load capacities.
n
Our 750, 900 and 1000 rigs are available as trailer-mounted,
self-propelled or skid-mounted configurations with electrical
or mechanical drawworks.
n
Substructures, rotary drives, top drives and pipe handling
equipment are also available to suit any of your drilling
or workover needs.
n
Rig models can be custom-built to meet more challenging
operational requirements. We can design and build 1250,
1500, 2000 hp and beyond to meet customer specific
requirements.

From Stewart & Stevensons Crown rig manufacturing facilities
in Calgary, Alberta and Edmond, Oklahoma, and our mast
manufacturing facility in Odessa, Texas, we deliver ready-
to-operate oilfield drilling, workover and well servicing rigs.
Through concept, design and manufacturing, our focus is
on meeting the customers requirement.

Our field-experienced personnel work with customers to
develop the best concept for their application.

Our in-house engineers and drafting team uses the latest
software to design each rig.
n
All rigs are manufactured in state-of-the-art facilities
with lean manufacturing processes.
n
Our fabrication and assembly capabilities include an in-
house machine shop, electrical research and development,
advanced welding and inspection technologies, and on-site
sandblasting and painting.
Quality control is involved in every step of the process. Work-
in-progress inspections are conducted in compliance with API and
ISO quality control standards. After delivery, our commissioning
team employs extensive testing standards and inspection proce-
dures on each unit, and our 8,000-foot test well is available for
extensive operational testing.

Commissioning and Field Service
Stewart & Stevenson maintains a staff of more than 50 licensed
heavy duty mechanics, millwrights, and electronics technicians
who get your equipment up and running as quickly as possible.
Our technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
