Do you know Poland? If you do, then you don’t need a persuasive invitation – you’ll be back here certainly and more than once. But if you don’t know Poland, you definitely have to come! You will be joining a lot of people for whom our country is just as good as many others are to visit, where you can relax, make friends, and have a lot of fun. Tis is especially true for young, energetic people seeking adventure and a positive ambience.Poland is a country of young people – eager young people with enthusiasm and creativity, open to new ideas and fresh solutions. During the thousand years of the history of Poland the country acquired many allies and friends because of these characteristics which created an interest in our country among other nations. Our rich history, the abundance of works of art, traditions, cultures, and the diversity of landscapes and places to visit, the hospitality and kindness of the people, as well as a modern communications infrastructure create conditions that live up to the expectations of visitors to Poland.Tose interested in history will be able to visit the many historically important cities in Poland. Kraków, Warszawa, Gdańsk, and Wrocław have many museums, monuments, galleries, and of course, places of entertainment. Te Amber Coast on the Baltic Sea, the Mazury region – the Land of a Tousand Lakes and Zakopane – the winter capital of Po-land are exceptional parts of the country for those who prefer active holidays such as water sports, trekking, biking, horse riding and skiing.Te climate, the convivial atmosphere in these locations, is the perfect formula for fun and relaxation all year round.Te contents of this brochure only refer to some of the places and opportunities which – as the saying in Poland goes – “as Poland is wide and long” – are numerous in this country.
