1,500 emergency runs in two years. Welcome to Wonderland 01005.

While area nonprofit EMS services like Spencer Rescue Squad and Hardwick Emergency Rescue Squad struggle to survive, the Barre EMS, a self-described dba for the nonprofit BARRE EMERGENCY & RESCUE SQUAD INC., is not just surviving but thriving!

The following are license applications submitted to the Office of Emergency Medical Services for 2013 and 2014.

In '12, the BARRE EMS reportedly did approximately 740 emergency runs while in '13 the Service will do an estimated 750 emergency runs.

The Service name is the BARRE EMS - not the BARRE AMBULANCE SERVICE, the "new" name provided by MA DPH to this Service as of 2012/2013

In both reports, CHARLES FULLAM did not complete the federal identification number part of the tax certification statement - for fear of another "clerical error"?

The Service ID # remains 3-2-6-2....

Yet it still has no Service Zone Plan as required by law.

Meanwhile Mr. Fullam has gone on record claiming the Service has no email address - though MA DPH records show otherwise and annual audits reveal the Barre Police Dept. has been collecting the Service's ambulance receipts yet where the money has gone isn't readily clear...

But all's good. Really.
