The custodial parent in the above-captioned matter moves the Court to set a hearing and modify its order of visitation regarding the minor children of the parties to allow for unsupervised parenting time. Further, Respondent prays for modification of support to afford her payment of her disability and for an order requiring orthodontic care

In support of the motion, the undersigned parent states that the Respondent has successfully complied wit the Orders of the Court hereto for regarding parenting time and that the child is of such age that supervised parenting time is no longer necessary.

The minor child is in need of orthodontic care and upon information and believe Respondent understands that Petitioner has not taken the necessary steps to provide same for the parties child despite the fact there is insurance and/or funds from the child Social Security to afford such services with Dr. Scott Edmonds.

Further Respondent prays that the Court modifies support so that Respondent may receive at least one-half of the disabilities payments to which she is otherwise titled.
