Snowy Batting Birds

You will need the following:

• Warm & Natural batting


• Polyfil stuffing
• All purpose thread
• Cotton twine or crochet cord
• White glue
• Warm water
• Antique gold acrylic
• Mica flakes

Even out the ends of the twine and knot at the bird, and
knot again at the end to form a loop for hanging.
• Aging stiffener recipe-
v 1/4 Cup white glue
v 1 Cup warm water
v 1/2 Teaspoon antique gold acrylic (you may
experiment with other colors for a cottage prim
look)
Mix well.
• Use a sponge brush or large bristle brush to cover the
entire bird with stiffener, including under the wings.
