When you call please have the part number and a brief description of the items you want ready.

We accept Mastercard or Visa. A
minimum purchase on all charge card orders is required. Sorry, no volume discounts on charge cards.
CHECKS: $15.00 CHARGE FOR RETURNED CHECKS
Personal checks are accepted by mail order only. A
minimum purchase is required. Orders will be held until your check clears your bank (approximately 3 weeks).
All foreign orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds only. All foreign sales are final.
UPS (United Parcel Service)
We ship almost everything by UPS — it is normally the quickest and least expensive method of shipping. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box.
The larger and heavier items cannot be shipped by UPS and must be sent via motor freight. All truck shipments must be prepaid. All sales involving truck shipments are final.
Make sure you inspect all packages in the presence of the carrier. If you receive a package that has been damaged or opened, make a claim with the driver at that time. All claims of loss, damage or destruction must be made by you to the carrier.
Permission must be obtained prior to returning merchandise. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid. If you refuse your shipment for any reason, we pay shipping both ways to get the merchandise back. All refused shipments are subject to a
20% restocking fee
plus freight charges both ways, and will be billed accordingly. Unauthorized returns will be refused.No exchanges and no refunds will be made after 30 days of purchase or without sales receipt. No electrical parts, literature or truck freight items are returnable.
Any items not in stock and not expected for 3–10 working days will be placed on back order and shipped as soon as possible.
IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE TO ANY SHIPMENT, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Damaged merchandise must be kept in the original (outside) carton for UPS inspection. PLEASE DO NOTRETURN DAMAGED PARTS TO TRUCK SHOP.
If there is a UPS depot near you, contact UPS for inspection. If not, notify us immediately, of all damage. We will contact UPS and let you know what to do with the damaged merchandise.
Before accepting the shipment
, count the cartons to be sure you are receiving the quantity listed on the bill of lading. If there is a shortage, note the shortage on the freight bill.
Examine the shipment immediately. In the event of damage,NOTIFY DELIVERING CARRIER. He will furnish a “Concealed Damage Report” form which must be used as part of your claim. The other necessary papers are a copy of the paid freight bill, copy of the invoice, and the bill of lading.
File your claim for the full value. of the damaged items as listed on the invoice.
TRUCKERIS RESPONSIBLE FOR BREAKAGE IN TRANSIT.
Our Parcel Post
shipments are covered by Post Office Insurance.DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED PARTS TO US. Should any of the contents be damaged, you must submit the ENTIRE container and damaged merchandise to your local Postmaster, who will then institute a claim.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a letter of explanation giving DATE merchandise was ordered, and NAME merchandise was ordered under.Return items must be sent PREPAID. Any return items are subject to a
