THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WERE REPORTED FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE
EMERGENCY AND COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMITTEE:
 
Hamilton Farmers' Market By-law Amendment (CS13054) (Ward 2)
(Collins/Pasuta)
(a) That Subsections 6(5), 6(5a), 6(5b), 6(5c) and 6(6) of the Market By-law
be amended to remove any limit to:
(i)
the number of stalls the Market Supervisor may allocate to any one
stallholder; and
(ii)
the size of stalls that may be allocated by the Market Supervisor to
stallholders;
(b). That the necessary by-law be passed to reflect the resolution in
Subsection (a), in a form satisfactory to the City Solicitor.
