Objective After completing the training course the participants will be able to:
 Develop, implement and maintain Environmental, Occupational
Health and Safety Management System according to SMK3
Permenaker No.05/Men/1996, ISO 14001 EMS and OHSAS 18001
OHS MS Specification, using computer applications and integrate
SMK3, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 requirements into Company’s
EHS management systems.
 Follow up certification and surveillance Environmental, Health and
Safety Management System audit finding.

Instructor The training instructor is Senior Consultant of PT Rhuekamp Indonesia.

He has an experience as environmental, health and safety professional
in oil and gas and manufacturing companies for both national and
multinational companies for more than 14 years. He also has
experiences in developing, implementing and maintaining as well as
auditing the environmental, health and safety management systems
according to SMK3 Permenaker Per 05/MEN/1996, OHSAS 18001,
ISO 14001 and Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements. He
developed all computer applications given in the course. Besides
delivering various training subjects to thousands of employees from
various companies, he is also speaker for various papers in national
seminar/symposium.
Participants There were total 9 participants attended the training from 7 companies
as listed in the attached attendant list.

Participants Results of post-test conducted at the end of training course show that
Assessment Results the participants achieved the average score 85.19 %. It is about 31,48 %
increased from the results of pre test conducted at the beginning of
training course. All the participants (100 %) were passed the minimum
passing grade 70 %.
Recommendations This training course provide the participants with the important and
advantage of using computer applications in supporting the
development, implementation, and maintaining the Environmental,
Health and Safety Management System in accordance to Sistem
Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3)
Permen.No.05/Men/1996, ISO 14001 versi 2004 and OHSAS 18001
versi 2007 standards/specification. We hope that training participants
could implement what they have been learned in their respective work
site and share their skill, knowledge, and experiences to their colleagues
to successfully and effectively implementation of occupational health
and safety management system in order to minimize any potential losses
and ensure the continuity of business operations now and in the future.

Training Evaluation Based on training evaluation conducted at the end of each training
session, most of the training participants score the training
implementation fair (3) to excellence (5) for course contents,
instructors, learning process, and training facilities. The highest score
is for course contents about 3,94 in average, facilities 3,73 in average,
learning processes 3,51 in average and instructor about 3,50 in
average. We will continuously improve the training facilitation in the
future for those that scored below average by participants.

Some comments and feedbacks from participants about the training :

 Kalau ada pelatihan lagi mohon instrukturnya bukan Pak Tri
Novanhadi (Kurang menghidupkan suasana/peserta ngantuk)
 Lebih interaktif lagi
 Database yang akan disampaikan sebaiknya diuji coba dahulu
sehingga meminimalkan kesalahan
 Waktu untuk menerapkan aplikasi database kurang, waktu perlu
diperpanjang
 Teori cukup satu hari, hari ke 2 praktek menggunakan program
yang sudah jadi, hari 3 belajar mendesign program, trik dan tips
aplikasi computer
 Contoh-contoh database (angka-angka) sebaiknya sudah terisi,
sehingga kita dapat langsung praktek aplikasi
 Materi Occupational Health ditambah karena sangat kurang
 Beberapa pertanyaan seputar ISO 14001 cukup menambah
informasi dan kejelasan
 Mohon untuk kursus berikutnya atau kursus lainnya, pengajarnya
lebih profesional dan menguasai software yang digunakan dan
bagus dalam mengembangkan komunikasi pada peserta. (kursus
sebelumnya Contractor HSE bulan juli lalu cukup bagus
