Although opposing counsel would have everyone believe that there are no cases related to the RV loan and their foreclosure on it, it has been brought up in numerous cases in Stone Mountain Judicial Circuit from Probate Court through Superior Court. Facts remain clear that John Joyner Guardian of the Property for Caffrey had an obligation to take care of the payments. Then, after death, Frank J Lillig, III had an obligation to satisfy the debt, especially since the money he and Joyner were using as Caffrey’s Estate they had stolen from James and My accounts with the help of several Wachovia employees. This really needs to be taken out of this County due to illegal acts implicating Judge Jeryl Rosh, Judge Linda Warren Hunter, many Court personnel, County Guardian, etc.
