Ingrese a : http://www.entelpcs.blackberry.com/  2.
 
Hacer clic en CREAR UNA NUEVA CUENTA.3.
 
Marcar He leído las condiciones y ACEPTAR

Completar los datos solicitados: PIN y IMEI del dispositivo, que se le entregaron al momento decomprar el Blackberry o ingresando en el Equipo al Menú Opciones y luego Estado.
