If you are over theage of 60, disabled or a veteran of the United States Armed Forces, you may be eligible for avariety of services listed within this directory.Many of the programs listed are provided by the Morris County Division on Aging,Disabilities and Veterans, State and County Agencies, and through private Foundations andCharities. The Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders, the Older Americans Act andthe State of New Jersey are responsible for much of the funding for these programs.The New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services and the Department of HumanServices have established a "one-door" access to services that will help people age in place.In New Jersey, this is called the Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC).Website: http://web.doh.state.nj.us/AdrcNJMorris County is one of the ADRC counties.
