Introduction
SugarCRM
is the market-leading, commercial Open Source customer relationship management (CRM)application. SugarCRM’s Open Source architecture easily adapts to any business environment by offeringa more flexible, cost-effective alternative than proprietary applications. It offers a complete CRM systemfor businesses of all sizes. For a small business SugarCRM can be a huge time and expense saver. Itrequires minimal technical knowledge to get it installed and the built in web administration console andbackup system allow you to feel comfortable that it’s going to keep running. Core SugarCRM functionalityincludes sales automation, marketing campaigns, support cases, project management, calendaring andmore. Built in PHP, supports MySQL and SQL Server allows it that cool functionality LAMP system. Youcan also integrate SugarCRM with LDAP and JBoss + JPortal, solutions for SSO, and Outlook 2007AddressBook Contacts. We have tested it with Windows XP/Vista/2k3.

the installer. If you want, you can choose to install the Apache and MySQL servers as

,which will make them start automatically every time you start Windows. If you don't choose thisoption, you will need to use the XAMPP Control Panel application to start the servers individuallyeach time you need them. This may be desirable if you don't intend to use your servers that often.3.
Upon completion of installation, the XAMPP Control Panel will open (if not, click
Start » AllPrograms » Apache Friends » XAMPP » XAMPP Control Panel
). This tool lets you startand stop the various servers installed as part of XAMPP.
