Pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. § 1

Ryan’s (“Plaintiff”) are subject to mandatory, bindingarbitration. In the alternative, if the Court declines to dismiss, Defendants request that the Courtstay all proceedings pending the completion of arbitration, in accordance with Section 3 of theFAA. 9 U.S.C. § 3. Defendants also seek their attorneys’ fees and costs in bringing this motion.In support of this motion, Defendants submit the accompanying Declaration of TerriCarnahan and Memorandum of Points and Authorities, and include herewith a proposed Order under Local Civil Rule 7(c).
