Heavy whipping cream doubles in volume after it is whipped, so use that when determining how much end product you will need.
Add the desired amount of heavy cream into a mixer or into a cold mixing bowl. Beat until it starts to thicken up a bit. Add in approximately ¼ cup of sugar per cup of heavy
