Background :Emotions
Emotions are physiological ,behavioral andpsychological episode experienced towardsan object or a person or event that createsa state of readiness .
Fear , anger , love , care , hate , surprise ,etc
One can observe them in body (BP , heartrate ) , movement language , tone , eyesetc.One is not aware.
Mood is more of internal experience as aresult of experiencing a emotion .
 
 
Emotions
Emotions trigger our thoughts , generatemotivation or de-motivation at workplace.
Emotions influence our thought andbehavior .
To understand emotions , we must knowattitudes first
Both feed each other . Attitudes gives riseto emotions , emotions lead to attitudes
Eg merger announcement may lead tosudden emotion response of insecurity , itmay trigger your attitude of negativitytowards the other company officials .
