Ingredients 1 cup semolina 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 big zucchini grated 1/2 - 1 tsp haldi 3/4 tspn baking

powder some chopped coriander 1/2 tsp garam masala 2 tsp sugar 1/2 cup yogurt 1/2 -3/4 cup water 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp ginger garlic chilli paste 1 tsp eno For Tempering 2 tbsp oil some curry leaves 2 tspn mustard seed 2 tspn sesame seeds

Method 1)Preheat oven to 210 degrees 2) Mix all ingredients together and lastly add the eno and mix.Add the mixture to a baking tray 3) Prepare tempering and add to the mixture 4) Bake for 40 minutes first 15 mins on 210 deg and then bake on 180 deg
