anem Printing Inc. was established in 1976, in Ankara as a printing press company. Within
the 32 years following its establishment, it was integrated into the international printing
sector; had pioneered the development of printing sector in Turkey and brought many
innovative techniques and products to Turkey. It combined its power of knowledge and
leadership with competent and trained human resources.
After operating in its building of 6000 m2 in Ankara Balgat for 15 years, it moved to its new
complex of 13000 m2 in Baskent Organised Industrial Area which is built on a 25000 m2 land. It
has become the second biggest wire comb binding production facility in Europe in terms of
production capacity as well as manufacturing other high technology products. We have been
meeting a considerable amount of Turkey’s and other countries needs in various products.
We have been exporting to more than 55 countries as well as having a wide distribution network
with 4 branches; 1 in Europe, 3 in Turkey. In order to conserve the continuity of our multinational

SA600 ELECTRICAL WIRE BINDING CLOSING MACHINE

(MANUAL FEEDING)
The wire spirals are inserted into the papers previously punched by a punching machine. SA600 completes the binding process by
closing the wire.
Since it works very fast, depending on the operators speed, it can produce an output of 1500 books per hour. It is controlled by a foot
pedal.
This machine is widely used in the market and it is nicknamed as “TAK TAK”.

CAL 55-A SEMI-AUTOMATIC WIRE BINDING MACHINE

This machine is manufactured by SOLAR, in Czech Republic. Solar 55A can bind up to 570 mm width and it is very user-friendly.
Even inexperienced operators can reach to high production capacity with a short term training.
The electronic programming unit has a digital indicator and the machine can be set easily and quickly. 80A is another binding
machine which is very similar to 55A with respect to all easy operating features; yet its binding width is bigger.
Size Interchange
The size of the wire can be interchanged in few minutes; hence the real production time will be used efficiently.
Machine Set-up
The electronic programming unit with its digital indicator enables fast and easy job set up. The settings of regular binding jobs

STERLING COILMASTER III

FORMING and BINDING MACHINE
This machine first forms coil spiral from PVC filament and then spins the coil into the book.
This machine uses filaments in reels of 25 kg. The filaments are formed into coil spirals in desired sizes and pitches by
using mandrel.
Heat is used for coil forming. At this stage, the formed PVC coil spirals fall onto the conveyor band. The PVC coil
spirals that are cooled down on this belt fall onto a chute. Moving through this chute, the PVC coil spirals are spinned
into the pre-punched sheets from the first hole onwards, then the coil is cut, and both ends are crimped.

COILMASTER II COIL SPIRAL BINDING MACHINE

This machine uses pre-formed PVC coil spiral. The difference between this machine and Sterling Coilmaster III is, this
machine doesn’t form coil from filaments. All the other properties are same as Sterling Coil Master III. The coil spirals
that are supplied by us are placed on the conveyor belt. This belt moves the spiral to the chute for each book to be
bound. Coil Master II inserts the coil into the book and crimps the ends.

SA APM-24 automatic punching machine is designed to accomodate the widest possible punching applications on loose leaves,
simply, efficiently and at very high output speeds.
•The sheets are fed via lightweight aluminium trays, which rise automatically. The paper can be loaded continuously without

Our company produces PVC filaments used in PVC coil spiral production from granulated PVC by utilising special
chemical formulas. This allows us to produce any tone of any colour demanded by our customers.
Standard colours: transparent, black, white, burgundy, blue .

These colours are also available in transparent, opaque, glitter and pearl effects on demand.
Standard filament diameters are 1,30 – 1,60 – 1,80 - 1,90 - 2,30 and 2,80 mm. Filaments of any other diameter can be
produced on demand. Our yearly production capacity is 700 tons.

Metal and Plastic Tipped Bag Handles

Traditionally, the gift bag handles are fastened by knotting the cord. This kind of work requires more labour and job
time, hence increasing the production costs. However, metal and plastic tipped bag handles are much quicker and
easier to fasten..
Thickness: The diameter of the handles is between 1,5 mm and 6,5 mm.
Length: The length of the gift bag handle can vary between 30 cm and 175 cm depending on the customer
requirement.
Colours: White, black, red and navy blue bag handles are available in stocks. 20 different colours of bag handles can
be manufactured upon request. These colours can be seen in our catalogue.
Material Used: Our bag handles are made of polypropylene (PP) and polyester fibre. They can also be made of cotton,
nylon and other type of fibre material upon request.

ELASTIC BANDS WITH METAL AND PLASTIC ENDS
Upon our customers’ requirement, we currently stock more than 20
different colours of elastic band to meet their needs promptly. The length
of the elastic bands varies between 70 mm to 750 mm.
The most common elastic band diameter used is 6 mm; however, it can
vary between 1,5 mm to 6 mm.
We stock six main colours of elastic fasteners with metal and plastic ends
in order to meet our customers’ requirements promptly.
