Crime Lab desires to engage the !l,luvices of Dr. Steven T. Hayne for thepurposes and duties hereinafter enumerated in Section

U. BENEFITS AND EXPENSESA. COMPENSATION
The Counties of the State of Mississippi shall eo.i:hpensate the Chief State Pathologist in

of the Mississippi Code of 
1972.
MississippiMedical Examiner cases, Federal Medical Examiner case:; and Choctaw Indian Reserve cases fallunder the requirements of the State Code. This rate of

lpensation is the total cash enumerationor cash type

benefit to be paid the Chief State PlLt'10logist unless otherwise stated in thisagreement. No health or life insurance premiums or rctireIl~ mt shall be withheld the Crime Lab fromsaid payment. For non-Mississippi medical examiner c::,~:es- (all cases not from the MississippiMedical Examiner System to include Louisiana Medical i:~caminer cases and other autopsy cases)the Crime Lab will be paid at full cost by the CSP cstmlnted at

per case to the MississippiMedical Examiners office.
