We, Donald R. Turnbough and Patricia E. Turnbough are over the age of eighteen (18)and not parties to the within action. We have personal knowledge of the facts herein and if called to do so, we could and would competently testify under oath.We declare as follows:1.

We are familiar with the events regarding Orly Taitz, Ed and Caren Hale, LindaStarr (Linda Belcher), and the other Defendants.2.

Ed Hale, Caren Hale and Linda Belcher joined forces with Orly Taitz to take downPhilip J. Berg, Attorney at Law and destroy his paralegal, Lisa Liberi, Evelyn Adams andLisa Ostella to follow through with the threats made against the Plaintiffs.Lafayette Hill, PA 19444-2531 Attorney for Plaintiffs

My husband and I have witnessed audio and written word on the Plains Radio Network Radio Program owned and operated by Ed and Caren Hale about Lisa Liberi, LisaOstella and Momma E (Evelyn Adams) and also Mr. Phil Berg. We have been on that site for about a year and have heard and seen slanderous and untrue remarks made by Mr. Hale, Ms.Taitz and Linda Starr (Linda Belcher) directed at Lisa Liberi, Lisa Ostella, Momma E(Evelyn Adams) and Mr. Philip J. Berg.. We have heard the remarks many times. Since wehave personal knowledge of these events, we want to bear witness to having seen and heardall the untruthful and false stories that were told.4.

My husband and I have been recipients of the implied death threat from Mr Hale.We have been in touch with Yuma Sector FBI and also the Amarillo FBI. We can bear witness to most of the things that Mr. Hale, Ms. Taitz and Ms. Starr (Ms. Belcher) have saidand put in the chat room.5.

My husband NEVER reads the gossip, but I, as a woman do. I am not saying I amwithout any fault of repeating the untrue stories that Mr. Hale, Ms. Starr (Ms. Belcher) andthe other Defendants put up. We have donated money to Mr. Hale and felt very close to Mr.Hale at one time. You see Mr. Hale pretended to be a Vietnam Vet and my husband’s brother was killed in Vietnam and was a young Marine. This was one of the reasons we trusted Edand felt he was so wonderful. Our eyes are open now, I am ashamed of myself as well as Donis for being so taken.
