Michael Stephens, APS Physics Comptroller, changes every financial number he provided for the 2004 Annual Report just days before it was to be printed (see initials bottom right). Not only does he say in his deposition he never interacted with the plaintiff about it, but he also claims it was the plaintiff's work (in her department producing the report) that was poor.
