July 21, 2009 To The Aurora Planning Board:In order to correct inaccuracies and to refutesome of thefalsehoods that are contained in the June 10, 2009 AuroraPlanning Board Minutes, I insist that this letter be read aloud atyour August 2009 meeting and be officially entered into theminutes of that meeting. The Minutes of June 10, 2009, that were approved by your board,state:
Another question was raised regarding lights on theHolland property that shine directly onto the Koepp/Placehome.
That statement is an egregious lie.
•
There are no lights on the Holland property “that shinedirectly onto the Koepp/Place home.”
•
We have three, very small, 50 watt, low-voltage, “DownLights”, in the trees by our dock.
•
Those trees are situated approximately 50 feet away fromthe Koepp/Place home.

The lights are positioned in trees at the
floor level
of theKoepp/Place “ground floor.”
•
The lights are aimed almost directly
down

because the solepurpose of the lights is to illuminate the stairs andentrance to our dock. The approved minutes also include a statement by AndrewFusco:
...... Fusco stated that to aim lights at a person 24/7 for spite, is wrong, even if the lights have a permit. And that this is a trespass and a nuisance, and a matter to behandled by the State Police.
This is an outrageous and deplorable public accusation Fusco hasmade here, based only on the false and partisan information thathe has been given, presumably by Koepp/Place and theZwigards. Fusco has made no effort to contact us about this
