Materials Needed:Card stock, Decorative paper, twill ribbon, hemp cord, glue stick,Stamp with #5, Dimensional or mounting tape for number 5Cut the card stock to measure 5-1/2” by 8-12”, Fold in half.Cut the decorative paper 4” by 5-1/4” and center and glue on card stock.
