The un-possible predication1, February month of year 2011 as we all came out from 2010 waiting for miracles, its the beginning of period of legal rights and principles that brought people to street, voices of upraise against the corruption, brutality, against the tyrants of regime. 422 years of the un-acceptable what assets they confiscated from the individuals to the mass crowd of the Libyan3 society. The fallen of authority of illusion4, through the so called regime and nation. Its the control of mind that took the spirit of society, their dreams of liberty, equality, and dignity. Today a new vision, new aspects and modern thoughts which will bring back the society on track, route to the civilized world we want, we expect, and we build. After 42 years here on our land of our ancestors, born, lived and left to the eternal. Here we raised the legacies and heritage, tradition and culture, religion and belief. Among all the internal and external thoughts its the society that lived as un -known to themselves and un-known to the others. Before and after, past and present, now today then tomorrow its the final, or even the end of history as Fukuyama5 describe, the horizon of new orders, laws, and systems. That speculates the end of superior, and conspiracies, regimes of contradictions within the extreme chaos. No more lies and speeches of delusions out of the reality of our existence. Our society faced and by utterly been discriminated by the so called regime for years, on reasons which we can describe nonsense, securing the colonel out of any criticizing, protecting the regime legacies from modern thoughts of intellectuals. Next promises, the overthrown of corruption in our land from the sick minds of illegal authority which seeds the conflicts, ignorance, and hate. Regime disgusted by the new generation of youth, on which one of the most striking act by youth upraising, riots in the streets against the corrupted regime. Yet there are many variations in the regime attitudes, totalitarianism, and pluralism. Regime considers the society as a voice, and only a voice for colonels political ideologies and thoughts.

These texts of words been written during the revolution in 2011, without chance to be published left in my archive wok. Now its merged back to share the sense of ability to visualize the outcome which will the county find itself, its all about strategies & tactics with vision. 2 Forty two years remarks period by Colonel Kaddafi & his tribal mafia form. 3 Libyan as tem is modernized since Italy played role on building a nation out of Othman Empire realestates after Treaty of Lausanne 1923. 4 Kaddafis regime was always pan-arabism fanatic which all his political act based on non-sense & illusions. 5 Francis Fukuyama is an American political scientist & economist, as well author of best known book The End of History and the Last Man 1992.

Our society for years as dreamers, and seekers for human rights and democracy, as waged by the elites, intellectuals becomes a focus in Tamazgha6 (North African) region as question of change. There are great diversities in the society through cultural backgrounds, social conditions within the villages and towns as part of Tamazgha (North Africa) region unique structure. On which geo-political map will rise on the level of international and global scene, the new map of Tamazgha (North Africa) will deploy Mediterranean dialogs between Europe and our region. Policy planners on both side of the Mediterranean should seek effort on outlining region layout of new Tamazgha (North Africa). Todays question was yesterday's answer in terms of the aspects which country's social and political provision at that time after the independence 1952 brought the new established constitution in the line of changes. But there was missing portion for the new independent country as Libya still constructing itself; with leaders either tribal or mature politic the sense of vision was not brought to their minds at that time. Therefore the first line of change is to focus on cultivating societys mentality change and way of thinking. As we live the last moments for the fallen of colonel and his mafia7 regime, people fight for free & new country of democracy, freedom of speech, and human respect. A country of constitution which two principal factors shapes the next future country, the conscious and the intellectuality, that powerfully build and shape society's political and economical experiences towards forming a modern state in the region. The influence of these two factors is constrained by the wider social and cultural systems into which they are embedded so it's society's turn to take ultimate step to confront. We are society of need, a revolution and enlightenment8 of reformation which will produce a political and economical development towards leading the modernity, a society of democracy. Until then the vision will fulfill the expectations and new history will born out of chaos.
