On 12.23.2013 it was reported that Mr. Barack Obama enrolled in the ACA, also known as Obamacare. At issue is the fact that Mr. Obama is using a Connecticut Social security number 042-684425, which failed E-Verify and SSNVS, two official agencies of the US government used to identify invalid Social Security numbers. The public is aware of the Social Security Number, which Mr. Obama is using, as on April 15, 2010 11 am, Mr. Obama posted his tax returns on line on whitehouse.gov and did not

flatten the pdf file and the public could see that the number he is using is a CT SSN. Later Mr. Obama has reposted a redacted number, but by then thousands of people could see the full unredacted Social Security he is using. Later, as checked through E-Verify and SSNVS, the number showed as not assigned to Barack Obama. 4. Currently Mr. Obama is a defendant in a number of legal actions, among them Taitz et al v Democratic Party, Obama, Fuddy, Onaka et al 12-cv-1880 USDC Southern District of MS, which includes multiple RICO causes of action relating to Obamas use of a stolen Social Security number and fabricated IDs. There are a number of other legal actions dealing with Obamas use of fabricated IDs. Among them Taitz v Donahoe, Williams 13-cv-1020 USDC District of Columbia, legal action against the Postmaster General and Inspector General for USPS dealing with Obamas use of a fabricated Selective Service certificate with a fabricated cancellation US Postal stamp attached to it, as well as Taitz v Colvin dealing with failure by the SSA to release the Social Security application for Harry Bounel, whose SSN Obama is using. See pleadings attached. At the moment petitioner is seeking any and all documentation showing how DHHS verifies Social Security numbers of applicants for ACA/Obamacare. Any and all documentation explaining to the public how Barack Obama was able to sign up for Obamacare while using a Social Security number which Filed E-verify and SSNVS. At the moment support for Obamacare is record low, according to the latest CNN poll released today, on 12.23.2013, only 35% of American citizens support Obamacare. If these remaining 35% will see that an individual with a failed Social Security number was able to sign up for Obamacare, it means that anyone, any illegal alien will be able to sign up for Obamacare and deplete taxpayer resources on aid, and remaining 35% of U.S. citizens will withdraw their support. The public is entitled to know, what safeguards are in place to prevent individuals with invalid IDs, illegal aliens from obtaining Obamacare and depleting public resources and why did these safeguards fail in Obamas case. By and through this letter Hon. Kathleen Sebelius is placed on notice that Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barack (Barry) Soetoro, aka Barack Soebarkah has fraudulently signed up for ACA/Obamacare, using invalid IDs and petitioner demands an expedient investigation by the DHHS and by the Inspector General for the DHHS. Per 5 USC 552 response is required within 20 days from the receipt of this request, failure to do so will be seen as a refusal to provide information and will entitle the petitioner to seek a redress in the US District Court. Further, Hon. Kathleen Sebelius is placed on notice that lack of action and resolution in this matter may be seen as complicity on her part in the cover up of Obamas use of fabricated IDs and a stolen Social Security number and it might expose Ms. Sebelius to liability in both Civil and Criminal RICO causes of action. I see on the news that an investigation into Obamas false SSA number is now underway. SSA claims they have lost the file (ha-ha).seems like the good-ole-boy network is still breathing strong. This Fuddy matter smells of Clinton-Foster. I believe the FED is behind pushing for monetary world control. I also believe God knows whats going on and that He is going to exact His justice upon all. Good work, Orly, and thanks for your service to mankind. I am just completing my book THE POWER TO DESTROY about taking the American employee. In the end I discovered the pertinent government information; they base their case upon the belief that an employee providing his personal services has no capital value as a business might possessand we can just take it from there. However, the legal analyst, as in the rest of his pamphlet writing for the Congressional Research Committee, fails to cite any law thinking that because he is a lawyer his words are verification of facts, which they are not. Robert N Spencer of this court ruled against a private individual, a baker, Jack Phillips, and his small bakery, Masterpiece Cake Shop, ordering this private individual to bake wedding cakes for Gay couples or face sanctions and penalties in spite of the fact that: 1. Alleged Discrimination was not by the state or federal government, but by a private individual.
2. Respondent Jack Phillips advised Judge Spencer that compelling Mr. Phillips to bake wedding cakes for gay couples goes against his religious beliefs and represents violation of his First Amendment Freedom of Religion and Freedom of Speech rights. 3. Gay marriages are not legal in Colorado and such forced compulsion to perform not only representing Involuntary Servitude and in violation of First Amendment rights, but also forced Mr. Phillips to violate existing Colorado law which bans gay marriage. 4. Colorado Administrative Court Judge Robert N. Spencer relied in his decision on cases that have nothing to do with the controversy. Among such cases and examples were invalidation of DOMA, which is a government action and removal of tax exempt status of Bringham Young university, whereby tax exempt status represents a governmental action. Jack Phillips and his little bakery is not a governmental entity and he does not enjoy a tax exempt status. Currently a reverse situation is taking place and it is as follows: 1. Citizens of Colorado have been enjoying Duck Dynasty show on A and E Network, which is headquartered in New York,235 E. 45th str.New York, New York, 10017, but is doing business in the state of Colorado via cable networks. 2. Plaintiff herein, Attorney Orly Taitz, is a president of a not for profit foundation, Defend our Freedoms Foundation, which has multiple members in the state of Colorado. 3. Attorney Orly Taitz is filing this administrative complaint not as an attorney, but as a President of a foundation. 4. Recently star of Duck Dynasty show, Phil Robertson, gave an interview, where he stated that he is a heterosexual, he prefers women to men, he is a born again Christian and that based on his Christian faith he believes that homosexual lifestyle is a sin. 5. A& E network suspended Mr. Robertson from the show indefinitely, citing those statements. Mr. Robertson was deprived of his livelihood and thousands of fans, citizens of Colorado, were deprived of ability to watch Mr. Robertson in his Duck Dynasty show. 6. Citizens of Colorado expect the Administrative Court of the State of Colorado not to violate the 14th amendment Equal protection clause and not to deprive the citizens of their civil rights under the color of authority per 42 US 1983. As such plaintiff is seeking the following redress o her grievance from the Chief judge of the administrative court: a. Either revoke/rescind/reverse prior decision by Judge Robert N. Spencer and Masterpiece Cake shop, finding that individuals and small businesses not using governmental funds and not enjoying non-profit status reserve the right to refuse business to anyone. Or alternatively:

Find that A and E Network is engaged in discrimination against heterosexuals in favor of homosexuals, engaged in discrimination of religious people, particularly Christians, in favor of godless atheists and order A-E cease and desist such discrimination and stop suspension of Phil Robertson from the Duck Dynasty show, so that heterosexuals and religious citizens of the state of Colorado will not be deprived of the show that they used to enjoy or face penalties. If proper action is not taken and redress of this grievance is not provided, a number of citizens of the state of Colorado might have to bring a legal action against the Administrative Court of the State of Colorado itself for ACTUAL GOVERNMENT ACTION by the court itself under the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and under 42 U.S. 1983 in discriminating against heterosexuals in favor of homosexuals and for discrimination against religious individuals in favor of godless atheists and depriving heterosexuals and religious individuals of their civil rights under the color of authority. The state of Ca passed proposition 8, which states that marriage is a union between one man and one woman. If the people of the state were to decide differently, attorney Taitz would not be raising this issue, however today we have a situation were corrupt and obnoxious judges and officials substitute the rule of law with their own political views, which are often completely detached from the views of the majority of the population. these judges deny the citizens their 7th amendment right to have jury trials and rule based on their personal believes. these judges are political appointees, majority of them came from a handful of Ivy League law schools that are populated by far left completely out to lunch professors, who brainwash their students and mold them into what we see today: tyrants, arrogant dictators, who flagrantly abuse their power.
We are seeing corrupt state Attorney generals, who like the Attorney General of California, Kamela Harris, selectively defend only state laws that they chose to defend, prosecute only violators that they chose to prosecute. In CA the citizens passed proposition 8, which defined a marriage as a union of one man and one woman. Our corrupt Attorney General Kamela Harris refued to defend the law in Federal court, when it was challenged. Later the supreme court ruled against the people of the state, because they claimed that the individuals do not have standing to defend the law and the Attorney general of the state, who get large campaign contributions from Gay and Lesbian activists, refused to defend the law. as such 40 million citizens of CA are treated as slaved with no voice by a corrupt Attorney general and corrupt Federal court system. similarly, during the 2008 and 2012 elections the Secretary of State of CA Democrat Deborah Bowen and Attorney General of Ca (Jerry Brown in 2008 and in 2012 Kamela Harris, sister in law of Tony west, #2 in Obama Justice Department) chose not to apply article 2 of the US Constitution requirement to fellow Democrat Obama, who does not have one single valid ID to show his legitimacy for office or citizenship, but these corrupt state officials selectively applied the law against another candidate, Peta Lindsey stating that she is not Constitutionally eligible, because she does not satisfy Article 2 requirements, as she is not 35 years old and cannot be the US president. We are seing corrupt federal judges making their own definition of marriage. For thousands of years marriage was defined as a union between one man and one woman, this what the people of CA,UT, CO and many other states decided. Posted on | December 22, 2013 | 3 Comments Press Release Law Offices of Orly Taitz Judicial misconduct complaint against the Chief Judge of the Third Circuit, Judge McKee, is being reviewed, involves cover up by the Chief Judge of egregious forgery/falsification of official court records which were committed by the court employee, official court reporter in the Eastern District of PA, which is a part of the Third Circuit. In 2010 attorney Orly Taitz caught court reporter of the Third Circuit in egregious forgery/falsification of records, removal from the official court transcript 14 pages, the whole cross examination of a party, removal of any and all mention of the above cross examination out of the table of contents and arranging the rest as if such cross examination never happened. In the period of three years attorney Orly Taitz has filed multiple complaints with the Chief Judge of the circuit, Theodore McKee, who covered up for three years this egregious forgery. If this happened to Taitz, it can happen to anyone, it shows that there is no integrity on the judiciary and public cannot rely on the judiciary to resolve their grievances. Taitz received confirmation(attached) that the complaint is being reviewed. Taitz requested the Judicial counsel of the Third Circuit to forward this complaint to Chief Justice Roberts to be transferred to another district in order to prevent conflict of interest with other judges within the circuit. Similarly such requests for transfer and review in another circuit were granted when other lawyers filed Judicial Misconduct complaints against Judge Edith Jones in the Fifth Circuit and Judge Kozinsky in the 9th Circuit. The public will be apprised to the outcome. The public is urged to to support Attorney Taitz and write to the judges of the Judicial counsel of the Third Circuit and demand the matter investigated.

My question is did the plane stay the night before at the airport, since I dont think this airport has a fuel. If the plane flew in to pick up the 8 PACs, then it could rule out bad fuel or water in the fuel. Water is heavier than JP-4 or JP-5 fuel and will shut down a turbine engine. I keep reading through your site and all the posted information, look through the photos and the videos from new stations and others.
Im a pilot for 20 years. That Cessna 208 is certified or 9 or less passengers. Not 10 passengers and a pilot, it is certificated for 9 or less passengers, then there are 2 pilot seats up front.
The Cessna 208 clearly hit the water in one piece and the passengers got out, normal deal is to pull the chords and inflate the life vests after they exit the airplane, then they float, face up and await rescue.
I saw the Cessna 208 floating in the water, right side up as it should have been. The mangled wreckage on the recovery ship deck sure looks mashed up to me and I have mashed up a lot of airplanes. I dont know the effect a sea and the surf have on an airplane in Hawaii but all it could be is the water moving carrying the airplane with it. It is beyond comprehension that it would end up looking like the wreckage on that deck.
So, they are saying it went from a complete, intact airplane floating in the water, to sinking and then all that happened to it after it went to the bottom. I dont believe it but will keep on looking.
My Brother in Law ditched Piper Cheyenne sn 2 a half mile off the coast of W. Palm Beach on my birthday, June 1, 1985. The airplane hit the water, he impacted the dashboard and broke his nose because he didnt wear his shoulder harness. Two passengers, his bosses were in the back. They took off their seat belts just before impact. One of the pax slammed against the bulkhead and broke his back. The other went head first through the liquor cabinet and ripped off his ears. My brother in law got them both out, they all lived, the airplane sank.
5 years later to the day, on my birthday on June 1, 1990, the airplane was on the beach, completely intact. The ocean had not damaged it in 5 years, it was upright.

In her order Chief US District for the District of HI Judge Susan Oki-Mollway stated that the body might have been cremated already. I am wondering, shouldnt there be a special release from the police allowing cremation? It is my understanding that if the cause of death is still under investigation by the police, there should be not be cremation at all or there has to be some type of release. Can someone check with Captain Juan from Maui county police department, whether they gave a release for cremation of the body while the cause of death is still under the investigation and the whole accident is still under the investigation? Did anyone see a police release for burial or cremation in Andrew Breitbarts death, the death of his coroner, who died shortly thereafter from arsenic and death of Michel Hastings. By the way, I was wondering, how did they know in case 0f Michael Hastings that there was alcohol and drugs in his blood, if his car and his body were burned in a a fiery crash? This would be a de facto cremation, so how did they establish that he was under the influence and that was the reason for the crash?

Posted on | December 21, 2013 | 10 Comments In her minute order Judge Susan Oki Mollway stated that it is not clear whether the cremation already occurred. I am wondering, how could we get this information? The funeral director Virginia Donati stated that the family can make a decision to cremate the body at any time. So, how can one state to the judge with any certainty that the cremation did not occur by the time the judge read the papers and issued her order at 5pm on Friday, while the funeral is scheduled on Saturday? In my understanding she should have issued an order to stay the cremation, if it did not occur yet, and lay the deceased to rest via burial and not cremation. This would have been a reasonable order in light of ongoing police investigation and in the public interest. In general it is shocking to me that a judge would not find it to be in public interest to stay cremation and order burial until police investigation into death and accident is completed. This should be a proper procedure in every case with an ongoing investigation.
I also have a questions to engineers and pilots out there: On the pictures the plane on the deck of the salvage barge, the plane was placed upside down, on its back, it rests on 2 propeller blades while the landing gear , the wheels are sticking in the air. Why would that be done? When the plane is lifted with floating devices, wouldnt it be naturally on its belly, not on its back? Wouldnt it be more difficult to turn it upside down? Is there a reason for this?

However this contradicts the statement by Richard Schuman, the President of Makani air, who on December 20th stated that they had divers working on wreckage since December 11th. If the weather conditions were so bad, how could those divers work on the plane from December 1118th.
Further, why was Schuman silent about those divers until December 20th, why didnt Schuman disclose to the public until December 20th that the divers were working on the wreckage from December 11-18, when supposedly due to weather conditions and huge surf the sea engineers could not do anything? What were those divers doing for a whole week? It looks like Schuman and these divers had the whole week to contaminate the scene and cover up the true cause of this emergency water landing. I am asking supporters in Canada to visit the engine manufacturer and provide all of the evidence gathered here to each and every official at Pratt and Whitney in Canada. Engine failure is a terrible publicity for their business, it can ruin their business, I believe they would be interested in knowing all inconsistencies associated with this emergency water landing. They might hire their own private investigators to investigate what these divers working for Richard Schuman did for a week until NTSB lifted the plane, how much these divers contaminated the scene.

The wreckage of the plane that went down off Molokai is now on land. Although its barely recognizable it still holds the key to finding what went wrong. The Cessna airplane crashed last Wednesday. A layman person, if he looked at it right now and he didnt know it was an airplane. He wouldnt know it was an airplane. It doesnt resemble anything towards an airplane, Makani Kai Air President Richard Schuman said. The damage was done by the ocean, not by the impact, not by the crash. It was actually in one piece when we saw it the first time, which was last week Friday, Sea Engineering President Patrick Ross said.
All nine people on board made it off the plane but State Health Director Loretta Fuddy died before rescuers puller her from the sea. Sea Engineering is responsible for bringing the plane up from the ocean. Challenging part was waiting for the window, the weather window. We wanted to go last Saturday but the surf was huge and we werent able to, Ross shared. The big winter surf made for a really small salvage window. Yesterday was the only day. The surf was projected to come back up today. And it was too big the day before. So we had that one day weather window, noted Ross. According to Ross the plane was about two to three hundred yards offshore in about 65-to-70 feet of water. He said the plane was pretty broken up when they got there. We had the wings and the fuselage, the wings were separate, the engine was separate, from rolling on the rocks, Ross shared. That engine is a key piece of evidence. The pilot did report that he had a loss of power, and the key then is to look at the engine. And so its amazing how much information well be able to get from disassembling this engine, National Transportation Safety Board crash investigator Jim Struhsaker said. Now work to get the engine back to the manufacturer. One of the concerns right now is preservation. And so what we will be doing is rinsing it off with fresh water. Trying to flush the inside as best we can. Well do a minimum of mechanical interference, Struhsaker said. The National Transportation Safety Board will work with the manufacturer to figure out what caused the engine to fail.

One blade is in flat pitch(feather) the other two are bent as if they hit the water with power applied. Hitting the water is almost like striking land. The point here is the two bent blades indicate that the engine was running when the aircraft landed in the water. Ill get back with you if other pilots can add to this. Great work taking control of the Fuddy investigation. There were so many inconsistencies, the whole thing stinks to high heaven. This is my observation, its hard to tell with just a pic to go by. Makani Kai Air owner Richard Schuman said a salvage dive team was able to recover the planes single engine. The engine lost power soon after the plane took off from Kalaupapa on Dec. 11. State Health Director Loretta Fuddy was the only fatality of the nine of the planes passengers. Schuman says the wreckage and the engine arrived in Honolulu on a ship Wednesday night. He says the engine will be transported to a factory run by the engines manufacturer, where the National Transportation Safety Board will determine what caused it to fail. The NTSB initially believed the plane couldnt be recovered, but it was spotted off the north shore of Molokai. No autopsy results have been released on the cause of Fuddys death. She was able to make it out of the plane after it crashed, witnesses said.

Attorney Taitz talked to the medical examiner Dr. Harle, who stated to Taitz that Fuddys death is still under the investigation, toxicology reports are not expected for two more weeks and the autopsy report is not ready yet. Taitz contacted the funeral home Ordensteins Hawaiian Memorial park mortuary, talked to the receptionist and asked for a call back. Around 5pm PST she talked to the funeral director Virginia Donato. Taitz explained to Donato that there is evidence of foul play and the case is still under the investigation and Taitz wanted to know for sure that the body will not be cremated. Taitz questioned Donato whether the family can decide on Saturday after mass and services to cremate the body instead of burying it. Donato stated that they absolutely can make such a decision the last moment, it is up to the family and the funeral home has no idea what the family will do on Saturday. Taitz was hesitant about filing for a stay of cremation and asked Ms. Donato to check with the family as there is a possibility of foul play. Ms. Fuddy did not have an immediate family. She was not married and did not have children and grand children. She had a sister and a brother and one half sister. Taitz believes that Donato talked to one of the siblings. At 5:50pm PST Donato called back and advised Taitz that the family did not give any assurances that the body will not be cremated on Saturday. Taitz filed an emergency petition for stay/preliminary injunction. While Taitz is concerned about the feelings of the siblings of Ms. Fuddy, there are public concerns which outweigh any feelings which might be associated with burial versus cremation. We have seen during congressional hearings evidence of Obama regime making important Benghazi witnesses disappear, giving these CIA agents new identities so the will not testify against the regime. There is a clear incentive for Obama and his accomplices to make witnesses to fabrication of his bogus IDs disappear. We have seen a number of suspicious deaths surrounding Obama. Lieutenant (Unusual first name, not title) Quarles Harris, who was cooperating with the FBI in regards to Obamas passport records, was found shot to death in 2008, the case was covered up and not solved for nearly 4 years. An openly gay chorus director Donald Young, who allegedly had sexual relations with bisexual Obama was found assassinated, as well as Larry Bland, who together with Young and Obama attended the same Trinity church in Chicago. Murders of Young and Bland remain unsolved. Leah (Saleah) Sobah who was a foster child of Obamas mother and step father in Indonesia died suddenly of unknown causes shortly before the announcement of Indonesian visit by Obama. Leahs story contradicted Obamas recollection of his youth. Obama claimed to arrive in Indonesia in 1967 on Japan airlines with his mother, while Sobah stated in her interview that he did not arrive with his mother, that he arrived later. Yesterday Attorney Taitz was contacted by Mr. Larry Fenton, a resident of Honolulu, HI, who served her pleadings and subpoena on Loretta Fuddy and Health Department back in 2011 and 2012. Mr. Fenton stated that the security guard prevented him from serving Ms. Fuddy personally and he was told to leave the documents with the guard. Mr. Fenton reported that not so long before Ms. Fuddys death he received a Facebook request from Loretta Fuddy to be friends. He found this request to be odd. Today Taitz went on Fuddys Facebook page and found that she was friends with Hawaii State Senator Will Espero, who was outspoken about the need for transparency in records. Public is asked to check other Facebook and other media friends and connections of Ms. Fuddy, to see if there were any odd connection. Public is urged to speak to William Espero to see if Ms. Fuddy provided him with any information. Could it be that she felt threatened and could it be that she tried to reach out and speak out? Controversy continues. 8 days after the crash there is still no report of the crash on NTSB page, as if it never happened, however a report of 12.162013 crash was posted right away. There are persistent inconsistencies in reporting of Fuddys body being in the fuselage of the plane and other reports of other passengers reporting her getting out of the plane, wearing a life vest and awaiting to be lifted by a helicopter. Today a new report provided new inconsistency. According to the report made today by the owner of Kalani Kai Air, Mr. Richard Schuman, the plane broke into pieces and separate pieces were recovered, however another report made yesterday stated that the plane could be seen from the air from a helicopter, to be in about 70 feet of water totally intact. How did the plane brake into pieces within one day after it was seen intact yesterday, 7 days after the crash? There are conflicting reports whether the pilot made any distress calls. There are conflicting reports of a number of people who swam ashore. According to passenger C. Phillip Holstein, he was the one who swam ashore. This 70 year pld man stated that he swam for an hour and a half. are there any eye witnesses, who actually saw Mr. Holstein swim ashore?Is there any proof that Mr. Holstein actually got on board or did his luggage get on board? So far attorney Taitz did not find any account of any eye witness who saw Holstein swim ashore. According to reverend Pat Killilea, the pilot, Clyde Kawasaki, was the one who swam ashore to get help as the help was not arriving. Killilea reported seeing Kawasaki with blood on his shirt and jacket. Later Kawasakis son, Robert, reported that his father hit his head on the dash board and that was the reason why he was covered with blood. Is there another witness who can corroborate the account by Killilea? Kalaupapa is a small area, the airport is very small. Members of the public are asked to talk to all the passengers, employees of the airport, members of the public an eye witnesses to ascertain who swam ashore, how many people swam ashore. Further the public is encouraged to check with Aloha air, why Mr. Nagasaki no longer works for them. Today Mr. Schuman stated that there was no black box on the plane. The question begs to be answered: why wasnt there a black box on this commercial aircraft?
As reported yesterday, Attorney Taitz talked to the Maui coroner /medical examiner who stated that the cause of death of Ms. Fuddy is still under investigation and toxicology results are still awaited, report is expected to be complete in 2 weeks. Members of the public are asked to interview all of the following passengers, eye witnesses and officials and specifically record any and all witness testimony about the last moments of life of Ms. Fuddy. Did she remain in the fuselage, did she get out? Mr. Yamamoto stated that she got out and held hands with him when she suddenly let go and was not responsive. Did anyone out of 8 or 10 survivors try to help her, try to resuscitate her, try to shake her, if she was in shock? Mr. Yamamoto was a Deputy Director of the the Health Department, he had or should have possessed some medical background. Did he try any first aid? Did he try any CPR or did he just let her die?
Further, in relation to Loretta Fuddys Facebook connections, Taitz recognized Joshua Wisch as one of Fuddys FB connections. Wisch is a state attorney, who stood at the entrance of the Health Department together with Keith Yamamoto and the security guard refusing to allow Taitz enter and talk to Fuddy, even though Taitz had a federal subpoena. Taitz looked at his connections, she found Governor Neil Abercrombie, personal friend of Obamas family, Jill Nagamine, who tried to intimidate Taitz with bogus sanctions when Taitz filed her case seeking original Obamas BC, (Nagamines husband, Todao Nagaine was an attorney at the divorce proceedings of Obamas sister in her divorce from her first husband), Taitz found Stephen Schaffer- (is he the brother in law who IDed Fuddys body?), Nathan Holstein (any relation to C. Philip Holstein?). Taitz computer suddenly froze, when she reached a woman with last name Socha residing in Abu Dhabi. A top Hawaii official is dead following a plane crash off Molokai. Officials say state Health Director Loretta Fuddy died at the scene. KHON2 has footage inside a Makani Kai Air Cessna, during a prior trip from Kalaupapa to Honolulu.
On Wednesday, one crashed in waters a half mile off of the north shore of Molokai. Maui Fire Department and the U.S. Coast Guard quickly got to the scene. They rescued eight people, who got out of the plane. Difficult conditions as it was off shore in the water, a couple hours before dark. Rapid response from Kahului with [a] rescue helicopter the Shoreside Company was on the cliff side spotting and relaying info, said Capt. Terry Seelig, Honolulu Fire Department. One of the passengers even swam to shore to try to get help. But not everyone got out alive. One person died in the tragic crash. That person remained in the fuselage of the plane. Not much details. Always a difficult situation when you cant get everyone out, and unfortunately that was the case here, Capt. Seelig said. The Cessna Grand Caravan departed Kalaupapa at about 3:35 p.m. Wednesday. Makani Kai Air says the pilot made no radio calls that he was in trouble before the crash. Another pilot in the air spotted the wreckage and survivors wearing life vests. They called it in to the Molokai Airport tower. Kalaupapa is a unique area and radio communications cell phone coverage. So we have no information if any calls were made out of there. [There] was an aircraft real close by circling above, so it was able to be on scene and it was reported to Molokai Tower. And thats how he got our information, basically, said Makani Kai Air President Richard Schuman. Nine people were onboard when the plane took off. One person was pronounced dead, three were flown to Honolulu and taken by ambulance to the Queens Medical Center. Another three stayed on Molokai and were hospitalized. The rest did not need any medical help. Makani Kai Air did not want to release the name of its pilot at this time. We do know he has been with the company for a number of years and is a former Aloha Airlines pilot. Now the FAA wants to talk to him to learn what went wrong.
