People need to be held accountable! Curious as to why the first paragraph was inserted at the beginning an not the end of the report. Did it not slant the whole report, if reading it without the first paragraph the reader would be left with no doubt that there needed to be collusion at the highest level. Millions of americans have lost or will loose EVERYTHING, to write a report and infere that it (Madoff & God knows what else) is a result of systemic beaucratic incompentance is JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Obama during his inauguration speech stated that it was important to Not look back but rather look Forward. He is Wrong & the American people are demanding that ALL of those responsible for the greatest thievery of the Worlds wealth be held accountable. Until it is the American way of life is being threatened from all levels. The awakening of the sheepels known as the Sleeping Giant should not be underestimated by those that govern. Mr. President its your call, its your watch, PUT THOSE RESPONSIBLE & we mean all of them IN JAIL. Your vision of the future will not happen unless you show the strength to go back & demand ACCOUNTABILTY PERIOD.
