Eveleigh was appointed Grand Juror. THAT the Grand Jury investigation and the investigation by the Office of the Chief Stato’s Attorney disclosed the following: THAT Rddie Perez is the Mayor of Hartford. He was elected to that position initially in 2001. He was reelected in 2003 and again in 2007. The 2007 Hartford mayoral election was held in November 2007. The candidates for mayor were chosen in a September 2007 primary.
