Alas, the journey begins! Wel-come to UBC—we, the SOS, areecstatic that you have chosen tojoin us in the time-honoured tradi-tion of excellence that is ScienceOne. Yes, my friends, you have allendured much to arrive at thiscrossroads, and exciting but ardu-ous trials await you yet this year.Fear not, however; for rest, re-lease and rejuvenation, ScienceOne Sports is here!!That’s right—as you can imagine, being the best for so long meanswe’ve made a lot of enemies withlesser programs (such as CSP!) allover campus. Jealous rivals (CSP!)who will try to defeat us in the onlyremaining avenue of exhaust theyhave—athletics. So come out anddefend our identity of superiority!Come out and uphold the great leg-acy of your Science One forebears!Sure, we are busy with school-work, and we are already indisputa-bly better at everything else; but there’s still no sense granting othersbragging rights when they are not well deserved, right? So look out for the opportunity tosign up for Science One sports teamsthis month! Whether you’re inter-ested in volleyball, ultimate, bad-minton, or soccer (just to name afew), there’s bound to be somethingfor you!
Science One Sports!!
