    Mould: It's manky and disgusting on your wall, ceiling or floor, quite yummy when it's cooked as mushrooms, helpful when it's used as an antibiotic in medicine and an essential part of life by breaking down and removing dead matter.

    In fact, if mould wasn't around, just from this last winter, in Brisbane, they'd be hip-deep in dead leaves.

    Mould in your house is particularly bad for a number of reasons:

    *It's toxic and can cause illness

    *It will exacerbate existing illnesses

    *Can slow down healing of wounds

    *Can damage the physical structure of your home or building

    *Spreads everywhere and contaminates anything - clothes, furniture, books, etc that it contacts.

    Where does it grow?

    Mould is ubiquitous (found everywhere) and there are over 250 million types of mould around, so some of them will look very similar to each other! It can grow in almost every
