Description

NOTE: This Ordinance was amended for a referendum on developments of 6 (six) units or greater and the vote set for November 15 2009.

(d) It shall be unlawful for any private developer, development group, firm, corporation, or other entity to develop any multi-family unit complex greater than twelve (12) units within the boundaries of St. Bernard Parish without a public referendum.
