hewenttoNewYorktoattemptfindhisbrother.AriasinformedCommissionstaffthathehadnoimpactonthetimelineofeventsthatwasdevelopedatNORAD.HebelievesintheorythatNORADshouldhaveallthespecifictiminginformationcoordinatedbetweenoperatorsatCONRandatNEADS.AriasindicatedthatatNORADheadquartersCommissionstaffshouldspeakwithretiredColonelMikePeriniandMajorDougMartin.HebelievestheywereinvolvedincreatingandreleasingtheNORADtimeline.AriasalsonotedthatNORADhandledthe
