For example, on thisscreen, you could press the RIGHT arrowto highlight Options or the DOWN arrowto highlight View Upcoming Episodes.When you see page up or pagedown arrows at the top or bottomof the screen (or a list), press theCHAN UP/DOWN button to jumpan entire page at a time.
