About this ebook
Although I’m no martial arts expert I found it comforting to know I had the knowledge and techniques to use to be able to not only conduct my security work effectively but also giving me the peace of mind and confidence in myself that I will be able to go home after each shift to see my family and loved ones again.
The biggest problems with a lot of security companies is the lack of self defense or close arm combat training due to time restraints, financial reasons or any other excuses they may come up with which has made me very frustrated considering the risk they are willing to put their personal through.
That’s why I’m writing this book as a basic self defence tool to be able to help people that have never taken martial arts or self defence classes in their lives. I’ve tried to make it easily understandable to all people and includes pictures to make understanding body, hand and feet placement so much easier than just reading text.
I hope after reading this book you will feel more confident and self assured, as I did after learning these techniques.
