A Cocktailbook from the roaring times in cuba. Mentioning one of the greatest bartenders in our history: "Constante" Constantin Ribalguita Vert. It is named after "LA Cuna del Daiquiri" the Craddle of the Daiquiri. Started as a Bodega named Pina de Plata it gets famous as the Bar and Restaurant La Florida later "La Floridita".
It is a tribute to one of the greatest lost networks of bartenders - The Club de Cantineros, Havana, Cuba.
I have a few old books and old club magazins regarding to this great gentleman of mixing drinks. Will share here soon.
